Transformer will be connected as per vector group reference Dyn 11. Other vector groups can be offered as per specific requirements.
H.V-Bare bushing or Cable Box L.V-Bare Bushings or Cable Box. Disconnecting chambers can also be provided on both HV and LV Cable Boxes.
The core lamination are made of directly imported best quality non-ageing silicon steel sheet / coils. These lamination are as thin as possible consistent with mechanically strong constructions. The usual thickness of laminations is 0.20, 0.23, 0.27, 0.30 and 0.35 mm. Each laminations is coated with a hot oil proof insulating material on both sides. The laminations are free from rust, colour spots. The core is built up with laminations of new, prime, non-ageing, low loss, high permeability CRGO silicon steel. The CRGO is direcly imported in coils from reputed manufacturers such as Nippoon steel Corporation – Japan, JFE Steel Corporation – Japan, A.K. Steel / ARMCO – USA POSCO – Korea etc.
After slitting, cutting and annealing the laminations are assembled with the help of special jigs and fixtures to maintain minimum air gaps, a compact assembly and minimum noise level on energization. The core is clamped to specific design pressure with help of special frame. The lamination grade selected, ensure to meet the guaranteed performance parameters to no load losses. The maximum flux density adopted is in line with customer’s satisfaction or as per relevant standards . Cores are fabricated with maximum numbers of steps so as to utilize the maximum area in winding.
All windings are made from electrolytic grade copper / aluminium as per requirement of customer. The conductor is in the form of triple or double paper covered insulated strips and wire. The insulating craft paper is procured directly from Importers. Extreme care is taken in design, method of manufacturing, quality of insulation and in the drying process.
