Rectifier is a Transformer that converts A.C into D.C supply. It is used in Electroplating, Anodising, Hydrogenation and all other Electrochemical Processes. These are tailor made, covering a wide range from 10AMPS. To 1500AMPS. We can provide different output DC voltage a per requirement. However standard ratings available are as under.

Technical Specification

  • SEM - 15 Step Control    Range variable from 40% - 100% Output D.C. Volts
  • SEP - 63 Step Control     Range variable from 15% - 100% Output D.C. Volts
  • SER Stepless Control      Range variable from 0% - 100% Output D.C. Volts.
  • SER - (D) same as SER but regulator, main transformer and diodes housed separately. Each diode shall be protected by individual fuse Protection

Construction

The main transformer - a double wound over size KVA transformer is provided to step down the supply voltage to values required for Sushil Rectifier units. Electrolytic Copper Conductor is used in the winding of Transformer and CRGO lamination stacked one by one reduce the no load losses.

Interphase Transformer

Connected between two star points of the secondary of the main transformer, the inter phase transformer improves the cumulation thereby increasing the rating of Sushil Rectifiers.
